StationSentry SMS Alert Enrollment
StationSentry sends operational and emergency text alerts for monitored pump and lift stations (high-water alarms, pump activity, power loss, and system check-ins) to personnel responsible for that equipment. Enrollment uses a double opt-in process — you will never receive alerts unless you personally confirm by text.
How enrollment works
Step 1 — Request enrollment. Tell your organization's StationSentry administrator (for example, your HOA board's station manager or property manager) that you want to receive alerts, and give them your mobile number. Only personnel responsible for the monitored equipment may be enrolled.
Step 2 — Confirm by text. You will immediately receive one confirmation message like this:
StationSentry: [Administrator name] has requested to enroll you in pump station alerts from [Organization name]. Reply YES to confirm enrollment. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help, STOP to cancel.
Reply
YES to complete your enrollment.
If you do not reply YES, you will receive no alert messages.
Managing your enrollment
- Reply STOP to any message at any time to unsubscribe (processed automatically). Your administrator is notified so alerting duties can be reassigned.
- Reply HELP for assistance, or contact [email protected].
- Message frequency varies with equipment activity — typically a few messages per week, more during storm events. Message and data rates may apply.
Our commitments
- All messages are operational and safety-related. StationSentry sends no marketing or promotional content.
- Phone numbers are provided directly by end users to their own organization. We never purchase, rent, harvest, or obtain numbers from third parties or public sources.
- Consent is not shared with or sold to any third party.
