StationSentry provides remote monitoring hardware and software for pump and lift stations, including a web dashboard and text-message alerting ("the Service"). The Service reports equipment conditions; it does not control pumps or other station equipment.
The Service depends on electrical power, cellular and internet connectivity, third-party messaging carriers, and equipment operating conditions, any of which can fail or be interrupted. StationSentry is a monitoring aid and is not a substitute for regular physical inspection, proper equipment maintenance, or emergency procedures. You remain responsible for the operation and maintenance of your equipment and for acting on (or independently verifying) any condition the Service reports or fails to report.
By enrolling a contact, the customer confirms the contact has agreed to receive operational and emergency text alerts for the customer's equipment. Message frequency varies with equipment activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
You are responsible for safeguarding dashboard credentials and station admin PINs, for the accuracy of contact information you enroll, and for using the Service only to monitor equipment you are authorized to monitor.
Hardware and subscription fees are as stated in your service agreement. Service may be suspended for non-payment after reasonable notice.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STATIONSENTRY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, EQUIPMENT DAMAGE, OR CLEANUP COSTS ARISING FROM EQUIPMENT FAILURE, MISSED OR DELAYED ALERTS, OR SERVICE INTERRUPTION. STATIONSENTRY'S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES PAID FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, liability is limited to the extent permitted.
We may update these terms with notice via the dashboard or email. Either party may terminate per the service agreement; equipment monitoring and alerting end at termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
